Glendora Employment Agency, Inc. is a boutique agency located in the foothills of the San Gabriel Valley. We specialize in connecting local employers with local talent. We are currently seeking a Front Desk Assistant for a precision cleaning company in Irwindale.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

· Greet visitors and have them complete sign-in sheet.

· Answer and transfer calls in a professional manner.

· Manage incoming emails and direct messages to the appropriate party.

· Work closely and assist departments as needed (provide updates to clients, help the shipping department with paperwork, provide quotes to customers, coordinate deliveries, send out invoices, etc.).

· Conduct credit reference checks.

· Order office supplies as needed.

· Maintain a clean workspace.

· General clerical duties, such as filing, scanning, making copies, etc.

· Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Prior office experience highly preferred.

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

· Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

· Must be a team player.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Must have strong attention to detail.

Position: Temp-to-Hire

Shift: Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 3:30pm

Salary: $17/hour
