Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Senior/Staff/Principal)

A Startup operating at the intersection of Generative AI & Gaming are looking to bring a new Senior ML Engineer into their team to work alongside their Research Lead.

The Role
This is true 0 to1 and 1 to 10 phase work - you’ll own major pieces of the core product, be a key contributor to future releases, and see your impact in real-time through player engagement and experience.
You’ll work on cutting-edge LLMs, design experiments, train models, and evaluate performance. If you thrive on solving open-ended problems and want to push the boundaries of AI in games, this is your playground.
Requirements
- Relevant CS / ML degree or similar
- Relevant experience in LLM focused ML positions
- Experience with Evaluation, Inference, and Optimization
- Background in Gaming (Not essential)
