Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our Cardiology practice. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, paying invoices, negotiating with vendors, and maintaining office equipment. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures.

Please note that we have two locations: 5210 Linton Blvd, Suite 301, Delray Beach, FL 33445 AND 10151 Enterprise Circle Blvd. Suite 103, Boynton Beach FL 33437 (8.6 miles apart).

We work at the Boynton location on TUESDAYS, and THURSDAYS.

We work at the Delray location on MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS and FRIDAYS.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operations of the medical practice, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Oversee budgeting and fiscal management to optimize financial performance.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team productivity.
  • Implement and maintain effective systems for managing medical records and patient information.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care and effective managed care practices.
  • Coordinate scheduling and staffing to meet the needs of the practice while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Facilitate communication between staff, patients, and external stakeholders to promote a positive environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in medical office management or a similar role within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, fiscal management, and financial reporting in a medical context.
  • Familiarity with managed care systems and practices is highly desirable.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Proficient in managing medical records systems and ensuring data integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients, staff, and external partners.
