And we're looking for someone awesome to join our Florida-based corporate team to help make those moments happen across our resort properties in Florida, Colorado, and New Jersey. From beachside hangs to mountain escapes, you'll help us make every experience memorable from behind the scenes.
Here's What You'll Be Up To:
As our Night Owl Extraordinaire, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps our resort humming while the rest of the world sleeps. Your mission: ensure the numbers make sense, the guests feel seen (even if it's 3 a.m.), and that no detail—big or small—slips through the cracks.
- Reconcile and verify daily transactions across all resort properties.
- Correct accounting discrepancies before final audits.
- Master our property management and payment systems.
- Maintain accurate records of cash and credit card transactions.
- Prepare daily financial reports that make our team shine.
- Provide exceptional guest service—even at 3 a.m.
- Be the go-to for resort info, local tips, and late-night questions.
- Flag any unusual financial activity or operational concerns.

- Experience with hotel management and accounting systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Familiarity with credit card processing and merchant software.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
