Cheer Home Care is hiring a Recruiting Manager to work in the Cheer office. The Recruitor will be responsible for active recruiting and sourcing of caregivers. Creativity is a must. Cheer has a reputation for the best caregivers in the industry, and we need someone who only wants to find and hire the best. He/she will work closely with our office team and have excellent communication, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

- Industry experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Ability to pass live scan fingerprint clearance (LIC 9163)
- Ability to secure proof of negative TB results
- Ability to work one weekend day, if needed
