Job Description

As the Principal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading the sales function, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving overall revenue growth. You will manage key customer relationships, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align the company’s sales objectives with business goals. Your expertise in working with VARs and building strategic relationships will be essential to expanding our partner network and increasing market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth across various channels.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with VARs to expand our reach and grow the customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party vendors, driving mutual growth and ensuring that they meet sales targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline, forecasting future sales and adjusting strategies as necessary.

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a sales executor or in a senior sales leadership role, with a track record of driving revenue growth.

  • Experience working with VARs is strongly preferred, with the ability to develop and manage successful channel partnerships.

  • Deep understanding of sales strategies, pipeline management, and performance analytics.

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives and key clients.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • A passion for building and scaling sales teams in fast-paced and competitive environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly in Information Technology

  • Familiarity with the VAR model, partner enablement, and channel sales strategies.

  • Proven success in scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth through innovative sales techniques and partner ecosystems.
