Remote Project Manager / Customer Success Specialist

This dual role combines the strategic execution of software project management with the relationship-building responsibilities of customer success. You’ll lead software implementation projects while ensuring clients are engaged, supported, and achieving value from our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of software solutions for new clients.
  • Define project scope, set timelines, manage milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate internal teams (Sales, Development, Product, Support) to execute deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and adapt plans as needed.
  • Maintain clear project documentation and communication.

Customer Success:

  • Serve as the main point of contact post-sale to guide clients through onboarding and adoption.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and provide strategic guidance to maximize software value.
  • Gather client feedback to help inform product improvements and enhancements.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and work with the sales team to grow accounts.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, customer success, or account management within the software/SaaS industry.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of software lifecycles and onboarding best practices.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable in Excel and Powerpoint
