Sunshine Hydraulics & Parts LLC is looking for a motivated and mechanically skilled Hydraulic Hose Field Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a field-based role involving on-site hydraulic hose repair, hose fabrication, and parts sales using a fully equipped mobile service van.
You’ll serve customers throughout the Treasure Coast region, providing responsive, professional service to minimize equipment downtime and build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:

Perform on-site hydraulic hose repair and assembly using van-based crimping equipment

Troubleshoot and resolve hydraulic hose and fitting issues quickly and safely

Promote and sell hydraulic components including hoses, adapters, fittings, and related parts

Maintain accurate records of service calls, labor time, and sales transactions

Keep van stocked, clean, and organized for daily operations

Respond to after-hours and weekend emergency calls

Occasionally assist with hydraulic cylinder disassembly, resealing, and reinstallation
Qualifications:

Experience in hydraulic repair, mechanical maintenance, or a similar trade preferred

Must own basic hand tools

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Self-motivated and capable of working independently
