Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with potential clients for home health and hospice services.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with healthcare providers, discharge planners, and referral sources.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor services, and client needs to effectively promote AdvisaCare.
- Create and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets in home health and hospice services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure quality of service and client satisfaction is upheld during the sales process.
- Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility and outreach efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales within the healthcare industry, preferably in home health or hospice services.
- Strong understanding of the home health care landscape and related services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between client locations.
