As the Full-Time Director of Engineering at The Westin Jekyll Island, you’ll oversee the maintenance, service, and repair of all hotel equipment, ensuring that our beachfront paradise remains in top-notch condition. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our facilities and grounds well-maintained and functional for our guests' enjoyment. In this dynamic position, you'll provide training to all departments on the proper use of equipment, empowering our team to deliver exceptional service. Your expertise will encompass every aspect of the hotel’s physical structure, including building integrity, fixtures, refrigeration, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, water treatment, electrical systems, and beautiful landscaping.
