Evening and Night Shifts/ Full-time or Part-time
Grow your career in hospitality with Oklahoma City Courtyard Downtown! Atrium Hospitality is currently recruiting a Front Desk Associate/ Night Auditor. We are looking for a highly motivated individual. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. While checking in, registering guests, the Front Desk Agent is a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.

Work Performed:
The Front Desk Associate is tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:

Check-in and check-out guests.
-
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration, shopping, dining, and travel directions.

Handle cash and credit card transactions and process guest accounts.

Maintain accurate accounts of cash, checks, and credit transactions.

Provide accounting support to the hotel by ensuring all revenues are posted to the correct department, balance the guest ledger daily and complete all necessary reports.

Provide reports to management about asset utilization and audit results.
-
Manage daily paperwork including occupancy report, guest list, cash drawer summary, balance sheet, account summary, history file, and housekeeping report.

May be required to make management decisions in a manager's absence.

Effectively utilize excel, workbooks, and access to submit reports to corporate office as appropriate.

Fax, make copies, and arrange shipping and receiving of packages for guests, along with other services of the Business Center.

Ensure the safety and security of guests through reporting any safety hazards that may pose a threat to guests and follow proper hotel key control procedures.

All other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Qualifications:
Required Experience:
-
Professional customer service experience.
-
Six (6) months of Front Office experience in a hotel environment.

Prior experience performing basic accounting duties.

Proficient with computers and Microsoft Excel
Preferred Education:
-
High School diploma or equivalent.
Physical:
-
Able to stand and/or walk for duration of scheduled shift.
Availability:
-
Flexible to work day shifts, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
