Fremont, Nebraska | Contract-to-Hire | Field Service Role
About the Role:
An established, family-owned company in the gaming and entertainment industry is seeking a Service Technician to support field operations in Fremont, NE. This hands-on role involves servicing and maintaining gaming equipment such as slot machines, claw machines, and electronic dart boards at customer locations including bars, restaurants, and convenience stores.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform on-site service calls to maintain and upgrade gaming equipment in compliance with regulatory standards
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Use hand and power tools to perform repairs and preventative maintenance
- Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently
- Drive company vehicles to customer sites (clean driving record required)
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift and maneuver equipment over 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Nice to Have:
- Experience repairing electronics
- Familiarity with gaming or amusement machines
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Work Schedule:
- Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Travel required to customer sites
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
