Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to students requiring specialized assistance.
• Collaborate with educators to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Assist students with daily tasks and learning activities, promoting independence.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and any challenges faced.
• Support positive behavioral interventions and strategies in the classroom.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff regarding student development.

Qualifications:

• Must have ETS ParaPro Assessment or an Associates degree with relevant experience.
• Previous experience working with K-12 students, particularly in a one-on-one capacity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
• Ability to adapt to varying classroom environments and student needs.
• Bilingual skills are an asset, facilitating communication with diverse student populations.
• Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance and support.
