We are currently seeking a passionate, results oriented Home Health and Hospice Sales Professional to assist in growing our client base and enhance our service offerings, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote home health and hospice services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand service reach within the community.
- Conduct presentations and attend events to educate potential clients and partners about our services
- Track sales activities, prepare sales reports, and analyze market trends to inform decision-making.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and their families throughout the engagement process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, specifically in home health or hospice services.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare environment and related regulations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and campaigns.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools to manage leads and monitor performance.
