Embudo Valley Library and Community Center is seeking an Executive Director

The Board of Directors of the Embudo Valley Library and Community Center seeks an experienced, compassionate, collaborative leader to serve as Executive Director of our library serving a vibrant, diverse, and socially engaged community located in Dixon, NM.

In coordination with the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will guide Embudo Valley Library in the next chapter of its shared vision. The Executive Director will be responsible for the organization's overall management, effectiveness, and sustainability. The Executive Director supervises approximately 4-6 staff members, oversees volunteers and supports their development and growth, ensures the provision of effective and high-quality library services, contributes to library-wide planning, policy-making, goal-setting, and assessment efforts.
