🌙Turnos Disponibles:
- Noches entre semana (lunes a jueves)
- Noches de fin de semana (viernes a domingo)
🧠Capacitación incluida:Todos los nuevos empleados comienzan en el primer turno (lunes a jueves, 6:30 a. m. – 5:00 p. m.) para una formación completa y práctica.
🔧 ¿Qué harás en este rol?
ComoOperador/a de Máquinas, serás una pieza clave en nuestro proceso de producción. Tus responsabilidades incluirán:
- Operar y monitorear maquinaria de mezclado, encapsulado, empaque y etiquetado.
- Realizar ajustes básicos, solucionar problemas y cambiar formatos según el producto.
- Limpiar y desinfectar equipos antes y después de su uso.
- Cargar y descargar materiales, y preparar la maquinaria para su funcionamiento.
- Realizar inspecciones visuales y con herramientas para asegurar la calidad del producto.
- Documentar resultados y realizar retrabajos si es necesario.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad alimentaria.
🛠️ Equipos con los que trabajarás:
- Etiquetadora de 8 líneas:Cambio de programas para distintos productos.
- Empaque Turpak:Stick pack y sachet.
- Máquinas de mezclado y encapsulado:Para formulación y producción.
🌡️ Ambiente de trabajo:
- Instalaciones modernas con control de climaen la mayoría de las áreas.
- Algunas zonas del almacén pueden tener variaciones de temperatura.
⏰ Horarios:
- Turno de Capacitación:Lunes a jueves, 6:30 a. m. – 5:00 p. m.
- Turno Nocturno entre Semana:Lunes a jueves, 4:30 p. m. – 3:30 a. m.
- Turno Nocturno de Fin de Semana:Viernes a domingo, 5:00 p. m. – 5:00 a. m.
👤 ¿A quién buscamos?
- Experiencia previa en manufactura o producción (deseable).
- Experience en la industria alimentaria
- Capacidad para seguir procedimientos de seguridad y calidad.
- Comodidad al trabajar con maquinaria y realizar tareas físicas.
- Atención al detalle y habilidades para documentar procesos.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $13.00 - $14.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
