ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Safeguard all assets of the company.
2. Enforce slot department policies and procedures as directed by the Casino Manager.
3. Supervise and direct slot staff on a shift basis to include disciplinary action if required.
4. Maintain surveillance of the slot machine area.
5. Verify banks at shift changes and authorize variances as required.
6. Verify jackpots, fill hoppers, complete and sign slot pay out forms.
7. Ensure compliance with state and federal currency reporting regulations.
8. Ensure compliance with $500.00 loss limit in accordance with Missouri Gaming Regulations.
9. Ensure department uniform, appearance and grooming standards are followed and maintained.
10. Any reasonable request made by immediate supervisor or any manager.
11. Meet attendance guidelines for the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
12. Ensure work areas are clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
13. Perform all job functions in a safe, responsible, and professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have broad knowledge of casino rules, regulations and procedures, with strong organizational, communication and leadership skills. Excellent customer service and employee skills are essential.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
