What You’ll Do:

Keep attorneys organized by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, hearings, and depositions.

Prepare, proofread, and electronically file legal documents with accuracy and efficiency.

Coordinate logistics for meetings and depositions.

Tackle a variety of administrative tasks with a sharp eye for deadlines and detail.
What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of legal experience in a law firm.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Tech-savvy with solid computer skills.

A proactive, positive attitude and a team-first mindset.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
