Job DescriptionBOTTLED WATER PRODUCTION/PLANT MANAGERCulligan of Tucson is searching for a Plant Manager who has a knack for exceptional leadership and a genuine passion for nurturing teams and individuals in our Bottled Water Production Plant. - Overseeing and directing the production of bottled water processes to uphold our high-quality standards
- Prioritizing, scheduling, and delegating work assignments while directly supervising the fantastic plant staff
- Offering training, coaching, and development opportunities to empower our plant staff
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues on plant equipment to keep everything running smoothly
- Maintaining accurate records for federal, state, and local regulations and compliance requirements
- Communicating effectively with both internal and external customers to build strong relationships

- Monday-Friday, Typically between 5am - 2pm or 5:30am - 2:30pm
What qualifications are we looking for?
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or a similar industry; food or bottled water experience is a plus but not required!
- A high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm that inspires those around you
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges with confidence
