Job Summary:
The Darvish Firm, APC is an established AV rated Law Firm. We are seeking a litigation attorney with 2+ years of experience. As a small boutique firm, the office handles business and civil litigation in state and federal courts which includes real estate, business, construction, and trusts. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis, preparing well-reasoned memoranda and opinions.
- Draft a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, briefs, contracts, and settlement agreements.
- Assist in all phases of litigation or transactional matters, from initial client intake to resolution.
- Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain meticulous records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear updates and professional legal advice under supervision.
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to develop case strategies and ensure efficient workflow.
- Adhere to the highest ethical standards and professional conduct.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active and in good standing license to practice law in California
