Job Description
Join our team as a CNC Machine Operator, where you will work the 1st shift from 5AM to 3:30PM, Monday through Thursday, with overtime available on Fridays as needed. You will be responsible for operating CNC mills and lathes, ensuring the production of parts meets precise specifications and blueprints.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce parts according to specifications and blueprints.
- Load raw materials and monitor machine operations for quality and efficiency.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Use precision measuring tools to check parts for quality.
Essential Skills
- Experience in machine operation, particularly CNC operating.
- Familiarity with power tools, tape measures, lathes, and mills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools such as calipers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with CNC machines or similar machines like press brakes and shears.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to follow safety procedures.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn new skills.

Work Environment
This position is located in a non-climate controlled, dusty fabrication shop environment with good ventilation for fumes.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
