Amerejuve League City is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and customer-focused Manager to support both the esthetic and laser technician operations. This position requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and outstanding client service. The Manager will assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, manage a team of estheticians and technicians, and ensure that clients receive exceptional care. This role is perfect for a licensed esthetician or laser technician with a passion for leading a team and growing within a fast-paced, dynamic medspa environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Staff Supervision & Leadership:

  • Assist in managing and supervising estheticians and laser technicians.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to staff, ensuring all team members are up-to-date on treatments, protocols, and customer service practices.
  • Help with scheduling and ensuring the proper allocation of staff to meet client demands.
  • Oversee the performance of team members and assist in conducting performance reviews.
  • Ensure all staff maintain certifications and licenses required for their respective roles.

2. Client Care & Services:

  • Provide exceptional esthetic and laser treatments to clients, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring.
  • Conduct skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments based on individual client needs.
  • Address client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that clients are following post-treatment care instructions, optimizing results.

3. Operational Management:

  • Support the Center Manager with the daily operational functions of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the center.
  • Help manage inventory, ensuring that products, equipment, and supplies are stocked and maintained.
  • Ensure all health and safety standards are met, including cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment.
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and client engagement.
  • Help with administrative tasks, including client booking, payment processing, and maintaining client records.

4. Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive retail sales of skincare products and services, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Promote and upsell additional services that will benefit clients and enhance their results.
  • Assist with the implementation of business development strategies to grow the client base and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve client retention and satisfaction.

5. Quality Control & Compliance:

  • Ensure all treatments are performed to the highest standards of quality and in compliance with state regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and technologies.
  • Conduct regular audits of treatment procedures, equipment, and client feedback to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Assist in enforcing clinic policies and procedures to ensure a safe and professional work environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education/Certification:
    • Active esthetician or laser technician license in the state of Georgia.
    • Certification in laser hair removal and other advanced aesthetic procedures preferred.
    • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an esthetician and/or laser technician in a medspa or clinical setting.
    • Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is highly desirable.
    • Proven experience in client relations, sales, and customer service in a beauty, wellness, or healthcare setting.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team.
    • Knowledge of various aesthetic treatments and equipment (e.g., IPL, RF, microdermabrasion, etc.).
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent sales, upselling, and marketing skills.
