We are seeking a Manufacturing Assembler to join our growing production team! You’ll help build high-quality storage and camping systems for SUVs and play a key role in our small, fast-moving company.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble full products or components according to clear, step-by-step instructions.
- Rotate between tasks to support different stages of the production process.
- Perform quality checks before and after assembly.
- Package finished items for shipment.
- Meet production deadlines and daily output goals.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Report any issues or delays to supervisors right away.
- Follow all safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a PPH (pieces per hour) manufacturing environment with strict deadlines is required.
- Skilled with hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and product quality.
- Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
