Growing plaintiff personal injury law firm seeking a skilled and driven Litigation Associate with a passion for trial work. This is a high-upside position where your performance and trial outcomes will directly impact your professional growth and compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
-Take an active role in trial preparation and trial work-ideal candidate will have experience arguing motions, preparing witnesses, and handling all aspects of trial advocacy.
-Conduct thorough legal research and drafting, including oppositions to motions for summary judgment, motions in limine, and insurance coverage issues.
-Prepare and conduct detailed depositions of corporate and individual witnesses, crafting effective outlines and gathering crucial facts.
-Collaborate with senior trial lawyers on strategy, client communication, and high-stakes litigation.
-Manage your own caseload and ensure cases are trial-ready.
-Seek out opportunities to expand your litigation skills and embrace the challenge of trial practice.
Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing in MA. RI and other neighboring states is a plus.
3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience, with proven trial exposure.
Demonstrated skill in research, writing, and oral advocacy, particularly in motions practice.
Detail-oriented approach to deposition preparation and execution.
Strong work ethic, accountability, and passion for advocating for injured clients.
