Job Title: Executive Legal Assistant / Paralegal
Location: Charlotte, NC
Industry: Corporate Legal / Real Estate
Pay: $75,000–$85,000 base salary
5% annual bonus potential (flexibility for higher comp based on experience)

Job Description:
This role is responsible for supporting C-level leadership with high-level legal administration, corporate recordkeeping, and coordination of governance activities. The position works closely with both internal stakeholders and external legal partners to ensure organizational compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Corporate Secretary for internal committees and prepare official documentation such as meeting minutes and board resolutions
- Track legal matters and coordinate updates with internal teams and external legal counsel
- Manage entity formation, dissolution, and required annual filings
- Maintain and organize legal documentation and officer certifications
- Act as liaison for bonding, regulatory coordination, and registered agent services
- Support compliance with officer delegation and authority tracking
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a paralegal or executive legal support role
- Strong knowledge of corporate legal procedures and real estate law preferred
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Paralegal certification is a plus
Additional Details:
- Direct-hire opportunity
- Primarily onsite in Uptown Charlotte; potential for hybrid flexibility after training
- Reports directly to the CFO
