Temp/TTH Litigation Legal Assistant (Boca Raton)

Job DescriptionAre you a multitasking pro with a passion for litigation support? A fast-paced, multi-state insurance defense firm in Boca Raton is looking for a Legal Assistant with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team.
What You’ll Do:

Support attorneys in all phases of insurance defense litigation
-
Draft and serve pleadings, discovery, motions, and more
-
Manage document productions, redactions, and trial prep
-
Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
-
Handle e-filing in State and Federal courts
-
Maintain case files, calendars, and document systems
-
Provide top-notch administrative support
What You Bring:
-
3+ years of legal assistant experience (insurance defense preferred)
-
Strong knowledge of legal terminology and litigation procedures
-
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
-
Excellent communication, grammar, and organizational skills
-
Experience with e-filing and case management systems
-
Paralegal certificate is a plus!

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
