Why Join Us?
We are proud to be recognized as one of the premier litigation law firms in the Northeast. We believe that exceptional legal work begins with a strong, supportive team. Joining our Providence office as a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney means becoming part of a collaborative and collegial environment where your contributions are valued, and your growth is supported. A Day in the Life of an Associate Attorney
As a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney in our Providence office, your day begins with reviewing your calendar and preparing for scheduled hearings or depositions. Whether you're appearing before the Rhode Island Workers' Compensation Court or strategizing for an upcoming mediation, you're always balancing legal precision with client advocacy.
You'll spend part of your day drafting motions, reviewing medical records, and analyzing employment documentation to build a sound case strategy. Communication is key - you'll regularly update clients on case developments, offer strategic advice, and ensure they remain informed and confident in your representation.
Collaboration is encouraged, whether you're consulting with colleagues on a complex claim or discussing legal updates and procedural best practices. Throughout the week, you'll manage your caseload independently, meet filing deadlines, and participate in negotiations - all while maintaining the highest standards of ethical and efficient defense. And with our hybrid work flexibility (after an introductory period), you'll have the ability to balance courtroom appearances with remote workdays tailored to your productivity.
