Job Title: Food Production Associate (Bilingual Spanish or comfortable understanding and speaking some Spanish)
Location: San Clemente, CA, 92673
Duration: Temp to hire
Work schedule: Mon-Fri 6:00 - 4:00pm; with Saturday work and must be available to support overtime if needed.

Pay rate: $17.50/hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Efficiently operate multiple pieces of equipment within at least 2 departments.

• Responsible for Inventory Management; Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet production targets.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of food products according to safety guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to uphold hygiene standards.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 6 months experience working in a manufacturing environment applying common processes, procedures, and equipment.

• Proficient keyboarding skills.

• Background in a food manufacturing environment preferred.

• Must be able to start immediately.

• Ability to work in a 38-degree environment while wearing layers of clothing.
