Assembler (1-4 + years of experience)
Pay: $22/hr to $24/hr
Hours: 6am to 3:30pm ($22/hr)
OR
3:30pm to 2am ($23/hr)

Assembly: Experience working in and on a assembly line Mechanical assembly: Some positions will require mechanical assembly of small and larger parts. Hand Tools: Having the ability to use hand tools and use schematics to assemble parts consistently and with low rate of error is paramount to success
Job Description:
• Lead and assembly tasks, including those requiring advanced mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies.
• Read and interpret detailed work instructions.
• Ensure that the team is adhering to all safety and regulatory compliance standards.
• Continuously review and recommend improvements to assembly processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other departments to resolve design or manufacturing issues.
• Perform final quality inspections and testing to ensure that the assembled products meet company standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of parts and materials required for assembly and ensure that stock is kept at optimal levels.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Able to stand; walk; stoop, kneel or crouch, as required.
• Able to climb portable ladder
