Job Description
This is an in-house or hybrid role. It is primarily a case management role working with family law clients on matters relating to custody, support, equitable distribution, and spousal support, through negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and/or litigation. Must be an experienced litigator, who ideally will bring a book of business with them.
Responsibilities

Manage primarily Wake Co cases.

Occasionally handle cases in surrounding counties.

Contribute to the growth of the firm through work within the firm and volunteer and/or local bar work.
Preferred Skills

Board Certified Specialist in Family Law.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a driven and fun environment.

Type A drive and desire to achieve and grow within our company culture.
Pay range and compensation package

Pay is commensurate with experience and certification.
