Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Analyze and interpret tax laws for planning transactions</li>
<li>Advise business units and deal teams on tax implications by consulting with tax experts</li>
<li>Prepare or review financial models to illustrate tax consequences</li>
<li>Act as the primary U.S. federal income tax point of contact and identify tax issues requiring expertise</li>
<li>Draft and review tax provisions in deal documents</li>
<li>Perform additional job-related responsibilities as needed</li>
</ul>
 
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate (JD)</li>
<li>At least 1 year of experience in tax law</li>
<li>Must be a member in good standing of the state bar</li>
