Job Details
Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair issues related to PLC systems (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi).
Modify and update PLC logic and ladder diagrams as needed for process improvements.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support system upgrades and new equipment installations.
Maintain documentation on PLC programming changes and maintenance logs.
Assist with electrical wiring, sensor calibration, motor controls, and HMIs.
Ensure compliance with all safety policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance with a strong focus on PLC systems.
Experience with troubleshooting and programming Allen-Bradley (RSLogix, Studio 5000) or other PLC platforms.
Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SCADA, HMI interfaces, or automation networks (e.g., Ethernet/IP).
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPM, or continuous improvement practices.
