Job Description

Job DescriptionLHH is assisting an AmLaw 100 full service law firm find a Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant. The firm is located in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will be providing legal support to attorneys with purchase and sales agreements, leases, lending requirements, closings, and documentation needed for financing.

Benefits:

  • Salary ranges from $70,000 - $87,000 DOE
  • 27 PTO days, 9 paid holidays, and 2 floating holidays
  • Hybrid role until September 2025 and then fully on-site
  • Full medical, dental, vision, life, 401K
  • Employee Referral Bonus

You will have to pay for parking which is $145/month.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Commercial Real Estate
  • 3-5 years of Law Firm experience (large law firm experience preferred)
  • Proficient with iManage and MS Office
  • Transactional Law experience a +
  • Type 65 wpm accurately

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with firm staff on new client intake, conflict checks, and monthly billing
  • Supporting 4 attorneys
  • Proofread and edit routine law office correspondence and legal case matters. Verify calculations on forms and documents. Maintain accurate records and filing
  • Possess strong oral and written communication
  • Professional demeanor
  • Skilled in maintaining accurate, organized, and up-to-date records and filing systems.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
