Summer Camp Leader - Part-time - Portland, OR /Monday-Friday Afternoons Starting on July 14 - August 1

As a Camp Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the summer memories that children will cherish for a lifetime. Location: Portland, OR (David Douglas School District)

Pay & Benefits:

• $18-$20/hr

As an AlphaBEST Camp Leader, you'll be trained to do the following:

• Lead a group of campers through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
• Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.

Here's what you'll need:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Experience working with children in a camp setting is a plus
