DUTIES:
<ul>
<li>Delivering exceptional classes by providing top-notch class instruction, building connection &amp; Community, and creating a personal connection with each student</li>
<li>Arrive to studio prepared to connect with students a minimum of 15 minutes before class start time</li>
<li>Set up and manage the practice room appropriately: Props, Mat Spacing, Music, Lighting</li>
<li>Create a class experience that shows your personality and skills while adhering to the Yoga Six standards and guidelines for each of the YogaSix core class types</li>
<li>Demonstrate the ability to teach a safe, fun, and creative class with a genuine interest in student success, whether novice or seasoned practitioner</li>
<li>Follow up with students after class- 15 minutes</li>
<li>Clean practice room space and prop room after each class, leaving the room as neat as you found it</li>
<li>Support studio success (though extra attention of new students during their trial period, event promotion, and knowledge of special programs that are offered)</li>
<li>Maintain a consistent presence while teaching and practicing at the studio</li>
</ul>
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 200 hours - Yoga Alliance Certification</li>
<li>6 months of teaching experience preferred</li>
<li>Current CPR certification</li>
<li>Genuine ability to connect with strangers on a personal level</li>

<li>Facilitate connection-building and consistent utilization of teaching methodology</li>

<li>Teachers are asked to teach a minimum of 3 classes per week</li>

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>Must be physically able to walk through the classroom freely in order to demo postures and transitions in a heated room, monitor students' movements, provide them with hands-on adjustments (as needed and if desired by students) and to facilitate dynamic, energizing, empowering and fun yoga and fitness classes</li>
<li>This job may require the person to climb up and down flights of stairs as elevators are not present at all locations. May be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.</li>
<li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus</li>

Job Description Job Title Studio Leader Assistant Manager Department | Reports To | FLSA Status | Prepared By | Approved By | Last Modified N/A | General Manager | Exempt | N/A | N/A | Job Summary The Exercise Coach Cincinnati is seeking an Exercise Coach/Studio Leader to manage operations at The Exercise Coach location in Prior Lake/Savage, MN and to deliver One-on-One and Small Group exercise instruction to clients of all age groups. Studio Leader duties include managing optimizing scheduling of coaching team and ensuring quality client experiences. Coaching duties include conducting initial consultations, leading individual and small-group exercise sessions, tracking fitness results for clients, selling monthly and package sessions, scheduling and educating clients. The lead will also assist in client retention best practices. System tracking assistance with lead flow, conversion, retention and client satisfaction. Leader will assist in hiring and training coaches in partnership with the owner. No fitness experience is necessary, but candidates with leadership/management experience and experience in personal training or small-group fitness instruction will receive priority consideration. All employees will receive full training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies and must be able and willing to participate both in our exercise and nutrition methodology. Physical Demands Standing and walking, bending and reaching are required most of the day. Pushing, pulling, climbing, and lifting is required frequently. Willing and able to assist clients on and off equipment. Work Environment Employee works in an air-conditioned studio. Hours may be any time during studio hours from 6am-7pm M-Th, 6am-5pm Friday and 7am-12pm Saturday. On key business days split shifts may be required to meet customer needs. <li>The Studio Manager is a salaried position, with quarterly performance bonus potential, with the expectation of averaging 40-45 hours in studio each week. The Studio Manager will also function as coach as needed so that the hours that the studio will accept appointments are maintained. </li>

 This position will oversee all aspects of the Personal Training department for a designated Genesis location; including recruiting, hiring, scheduling and training new personal trainers. As well as, ensure profitability of the personal training program by overseeing and following up with all new members, department goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
