Qualifications:

<li> Review and prepare general correspondence, purchase and sale contracts, JVs, license agreements, construction documents (including AIAs), financing documents, commercial leases and amendments, default letters.</li>
<li> Lease negotiations.</li>
<li> Lead legal due diligence.</li>
<li> Open and maintain files and record critical dates and contingencies.</li>
<li> Prepare a closing checklist, and formal closing notification which includes outlining critical dates and clearly communicating open conditions to closing.</li>

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Lawyer with at least 3 years of progressive experience in estate planning and probate. This lawyer must be capable of managing client matters with autonomy and minimal oversight but is comfortable working within an existing, proven team-based practice model.&nbsp;We do not expect this lawyer to do marketing or business development - we want a hard-working, technical expert for our growing team.

We are seeking a candidate with progressive experience, not someone who has had a year of experience seven times over. We expect candidates to be able to completely describe the intention and purpose of different complex planning strategies, including tax-based estate planning techniques. The ideal candidate thinks outside the box and can diagnose any poorly drafted or implemented estate plan without issue, and recommend opportunities to remedy the issues.
